The Hollywood star, real name Tracy Marrow, was walking along the boardwalk when he was spotted by fans - one of whom just so happened to be getting married.
Groom David Proch said: 'It was cool, it was unexpected. Not everyone gets photos with Ice T on their wedding day... He was just walking the dog. He's obviously used to it.
